The Department of Administrative and Financial Services (DAFS), Office of State Procurement Services, IT Procurement, seeks a skilled analyst to strengthen vendor and customer relationships. You will analyze procurement documents, coordinate RFPs, and ensure policy adherence across all SDLC phases.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success. This role offers telework options and requires managing complex contracts and vendor engagements to deliver IT

Competenze

• Knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle and project development lifecycle.
• Experience writing clear Requirements Definition and Documentation, Systems Analysis and Design.
• Experience in contract management, RFP development, and procurement practices.

Mansioni

• Analyze and document procurement documents including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, contracts, amendments, and data use agreements.
• Evaluate technical solutions and coordinate with Application Development teams for procurement.
• Possibly participate on RFP writing or evaluation teams; may coordinate an RFP.
• Liaise between customers, vendors, and OIT to ensure business needs are met.
• Verify state policies and procedures are included in procurement documents.
• Engage with subject matter experts to ensure compliance across SDLC phases.
