Job summary

Insight Global in Boise, ID is recruiting a Construction Manager to oversee electrical low-voltage and telecommunications systems for a mega project. You will manage pre-construction tasks, equipment buyout, and drawing scrubbing to align subcontractors and trade partners.

You will own the project scope, ensure proper documentation, coordinate across teams and partners, and lead startup meetings with hundreds of teammates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience on mega/high-tech projects with low-voltage and telecom systems.
• Strong knowledge of BICSI standards, and structured cabling and fiber optic networks.
• Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and related tools.
• Experience bidding from subcontractors, equipment buyout, and pre-construction activities.
• Excellent coordination with customers, stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulators.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, low-voltage, and telecom systems on a mega project.
• Lead pre-construction tasks including equipment buyout and drawing scrubbing.
• Own project scope with documentation and cross-team alignment.
• Facilitate training and run startup meetings with hundreds of teammates.
• Review submittal information and manage RFIs.
