Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Construction Manager to oversee plumbing systems for a mega project in Boise, Idaho. You will lead pre-construction tasks, manage equipment buyout, scrub drawings, and align subcontractors and trades partners while owning the project scope and documentation across teams and regulatory partners.

Startup meetings with large teams are expected. You will coordinate design and submittal reviews, manage RFIs, and travel to the job site with a likely 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical construction experience on mega/high-tech projects; plumbing scope experience required.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 and other project software.
• Experience with receiving bids from subcontractors, equipment buyout, and pre-construction activities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate and rally diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-construction tasks including equipment buyout and scrubbing drawings to align subcontractors and trades partners.
• Own project scope, ensure proper documentation, and align teams and partners.
• Facilitate training and run startup meetings with hundreds of teammates.
• Review submittal information and process RFIs.
