Construction Manager specializing in low voltage electrical systems, including telecom, communications, security, and life safety. Experienced in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex scopes of work within large‑scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

Mission Critical – Data Center / Semiconductor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of low voltage scopes (telecom, data, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, PA systems)
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to drawings, codes, and project requirements
• Coordinate low voltage works with mechanical, electrical, and architectural trades to maintain project flow
• Monitor budgets, procurement, and resource allocation for low voltage systems
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of systems to ensure quality and compliance
• Provide leadership to site teams and technical guidance to engineers and superintendents
• Report progress to senior management and ensure stakeholder satisfaction

Education & Skills

Salary

• Up to $130k base
• Base + 12% for Texas role
