Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Ledcor’s safety‑first culture on telecom construction sites.
• Lead planning and execution of large‑scale telecom projects (fiber, small cell, wireless towers).
• Manage risk, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue new telecom project opportunities.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation with industry tools.
• Implement the Project Quality Plan and ensure standards compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely delivery of materials and services.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Establish and manage project cost tracking, reporting, and documentation.
