Job summary

Lumen Solutions Group Inc in Florida is seeking a Senior Telecom Expense Management (TEM) / Financial Data Analyst to optimize telecom spend and improve data-driven decisions. You will analyze wireless and wireline invoices, assets, and usage data, and prepare executive reports and dashboards to support leadership.

The role requires hands-on TEM experience, advanced Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with ServiceNow and PeopleSoft.

Qualifications

• Hands-on TEM experience with telecom invoices, usage data, and assets.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and large data analysis.
• Experience with carrier billing (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile or similar).
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to present findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale wireless and wireline billing, usage, asset, and expense datasets.
• Audit monthly carrier invoices for errors, discrepancies, and overcharges.
• Analyze unused or underutilized mobile devices and telecom services.
• Reconcile internal asset records against carrier records.
• Identify and quantify telecom cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Support procurement forecasting, contract modifications, and vendor payments.
• Present analytical findings and financial impacts to leadership.
