FIS is seeking a senior telecom expense management leader to shape strategic direction for TEM across voice, data, wireless, and mobility services. You will own multi‑million dollar budgets, drive forecasting, invoice accuracy, and contract compliance while managing vendor relationships.

You will oversee budgeting, spend analytics, and service optimization, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to reduce costs and improve service delivery across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in telecom services, TEM, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, or related operations.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day accountability for enterprise telecom expense management across voice, data, wireless, and mobility services, with responsibility for vendor relationships, contract oversight, and service lifecycle management.
• Own complex billing operations and multimillion-dollar telecom budgets, including forecasting, variance analysis, financial planning, and spend optimization.
• Drive invoice accuracy, dispute resolution, approvals, payment governance, and contract compliance to strengthen financial controls and reduce spend.
• Set expectations with carriers and TEM providers by monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIs to improve service quality and accountability.
• Maintain visibility into telecom inventory, invoices, and service records for accurate reporting and continuity.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities through spend analytics and ROI evaluation.
• Coordinate across internal stakeholders, suppliers, procurement, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and manage timelines.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting and insights for budgets and procurement activity.
• Operate in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment with strong business judgment and disciplined execution.
