Job summary

Blue Star Partners LLC is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to lead Telecom Expense Management, optimizing fixed and wireless costs. You will partner with telecom providers, finance, and IT operations to ensure accurate invoicing, reporting, and cost control.

The role requires 5–7 years of TEM experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with TEM platforms. The position is hybrid in Columbus, with in-office Tue/Wed and remote other days.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in telecom services or network services with TEM experience.
• Experience with TEM solutions and devices.
• Familiarity with SOX and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed wireline and wireless expenses.
• Monitor telecom invoices and identify billing errors.
• Prepare month-end telecom expense activities and reconciliations.
• Forecast monthly telecom expenses and track changes.
• Ensure timely invoice processing and payouts.
• Engage vendors and internal teams on contract changes.
