Job summary

You will work with vendors and internal teams to resolve services issues. Qualifications include an associated degree in telecommunications and strong knowledge of PBX, TCP/IP, and networking.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation, repair, and troubleshooting of telephony and data networks.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP, PBX, and customer premises equipment.
• Ability to read network diagrams and configure routers/switches.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, repair and troubleshoot WorldNet infrastructure and customer premises equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and attend meetings to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain technical manuals and trainings for the repair division.
• Perform site surveys and verify wiring and circuit integrity on CAT3/5e/6 and fiber.
• Assist Repairs Division technicians with troubleshooting and configurations.
• Test core equipment and perform cross-connect testing with third parties.
