Job summary

WorldNet Telecommunications LLC is seeking an experienced telecom technician to install, configure and repair internal and external infrastructure, including CPEs, fiber, and voice services. You will support cross-functional teams and resolve complex service issues with vendors and OSS tools.

Responsibilities include documenting procedures, performing advanced troubleshooting, and ensuring quality on customer installations across Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate Degree in Telecommunications, Telephony or Electronic Technology (preferred) with five years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP, network and data services.
• Experience with PBX, routing, switching and security configurations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, repair and support WorldNet infrastructure and customer premises equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex service issues and coordinate with vendors.
• Lead or participate in vendor meetings to resolve problems.
• Ensure compliance with installation and repair processes and documentation.
