Job summary

Cable-East, Inc. in Statham, GA is seeking a Special Projects Construction Manager to oversee daily field operations for specialized utility and telecom projects.

You will lead multiple crews, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time, to-spec project delivery from our Statham office. The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or an equivalent telecom-focused education, with 8+ years in telecom construction and at least 3 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Telecommunications construction experience including fiber or coax splicing.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or project management role.
• Experience managing multi-market deployments and field logistics.
• Knowledge of underground and aerial utility construction practices.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for specialized utility and telecom projects.
• Lead multiple crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and progress with the Project Manager.
• Attend client meetings and provide status updates and reports.
