Job summary

Cable-East, Inc. in Statham, GA is seeking a Special Projects Construction Manager to oversee daily field operations for complex utility and telecom projects.

You will lead multiple crews and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and drive projects to on-time completion while meeting customer specifications. Travel across Georgia and report to the Director of Operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of Telecommunications construction experience, including fiber or coax splicing.
• 3+ years in leadership or project management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for specialized utility and telecom projects.
• Lead aerial and underground construction crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on scheduling, resources, and scope changes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance on sites.
