Job summary

BrainWave Professionals is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Telecom Contract & Vendor Lifecycle Management to lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle, TEM, and vendor governance for a large enterprise. You will drive negotiations, optimize telecom costs, and ensure SLA‑driven performance across multiple carriers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management, telecom contract management, TEM, or related roles.
• Experience managing end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Strong TEM, billing validation, spend analysis, and vendor governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end telecom vendor and carrier contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiations, renewals, and closeout.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable pricing, SLAs, and terms.
• Manage TEM processes, spend tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee telecom billing workflows, invoice validation, and cost controls.
• Maintain contracts repository, approvals, audit trails, and governance.
• Provide executive reporting on contract status, spend, savings opportunities, and risk.
