Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of telecom construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optics, wireless networks, and cable systems.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead telecom construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with PM team on timelines, budgets, resources, and risk.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, contractors, and subs.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
