Qualifications

• 10+ years of telecom construction management or similar role.
• Directional boring supervisory experience with interstate SRP and highway.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage telecommunication construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with PM team to execute timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management.
• Ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to maintain high performance and safety standards.
