Job summary

ByVerTek seeks a Telecommunication Senior Construction Manager to oversee planning, coordination and execution of telecom infrastructure projects in Boise, Idaho. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, schedules, and safety, coordinating with regulators and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in telecom construction management, strong leadership and PM software proficiency. CDL preferred; local candidates only apply.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecom construction management.
• In-depth knowledge of telecom infrastructure (fiber, wireless, cable).
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Directional boring supervisory experience with interstate SRP and highway.
• CDL preferred; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage telecom construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with PM teams on timelines, budgets, resources and risk management.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, contractors and subs; ensure safety.
• Provide guidance and foster high performance and collaboration.
• Prepare and present project status reports to clients and stakeholders.
