Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 to 9 years of hands-on experience in an L3 Application Support or TechOps role.
• Strong ability to read, navigate, and perform minor bug fixes in Java/Spring Boot and Angular codebases.
• Proficient in SQL for Oracle and querying MongoDB to analyze production data.
• ITIL practices across Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead production stability, L3 support, and deployment readiness for enterprise apps.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex production incidents with health checks and shift handovers.
• Debug, trace, and fix bugs across backend/frontend code; deploy minor hotfixes and patches.
• Drive end-to-end problem management including RCA and post-implementation reviews.
