Job summary

Upvest is seeking a Senior Engineer to join its small, high-ownership TechOps team. You will own core internal IT stack and drive automation, with autonomy to shape prioritization, vendor discussions, and urgent matters.

You’ll manage Okta, Google Workspace, and devices, collaborate with Security, and continuously improve processes. A hands-on, security-conscious approach and comfort with AI tools and infra tooling are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, end-to-end support across all levels, from basic helpdesk to complex issues.
• Experience building and maintaining automations using tools like Okta Workflows, n8n, Tines, Make, with real examples.

Responsibilities

• Own our core internal IT stack (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack), and manage user lifecycle and security controls with Security.
• Manage Mac laptop fleet, DEP/MDM deployments, and ensure endpoints meet security standards.
• Act as trusted advisor to teams, evaluate tooling requests, and prioritize impactful solutions.
• Continuously automate and improve TechOps processes across departments.
• Leverage AI tools to raise quality and speed of output and mentor broader team.
