Qualifications

• Four‑year degree or eight years IT experience with relevant technologies.
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Two+ years automation or scripting (PowerShell).
• One+ year admin experience on ConnectWise and REST API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Atlas Technica multitenant technology solutions.
• Provide escalation and second‑line support to users and teams.
• Stay informed about vendor features, updates, and capabilities.
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation.
• Evaluate new vendors and technologies for better solutions.
• Identify manual processes and develop automation opportunities.
• Provide day‑to‑day user and platform support.
• Support implementation and ongoing management of established solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors to escalate and resolve technical issues.
