Job summary

Atlas Technica is seeking a Senior TechOps Engineer to design, implement, and support scalable, multitenant technology solutions for internal teams and external clients. This role emphasizes automation, documentation, and continuous improvement across platforms and vendors.

You will research new technologies, maintain technical docs, and provide second-line support while advancing operational efficiency and scalability for Atlas Technica's clients.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in CS/CE/IT or related field with 4+ years IT experience or 8+ years total IT experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft 365/Office 365, and Active Directory.
• At least two years of scripting with PowerShell.
• At least two years of experience with SQL or relational databases.
• At least one year of admin experience with ConnectWise suite (Manage, ScreenConnect, CPQ/Sell, BrightGauge, NinjaOne, Addigy).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Atlas Technica’s multitenant technology solutions.
• Provide escalation and second-line support to end users and other Atlas Technica team members.
• Stay informed about new features, updates, and capabilities released by vendors for existing solutions.
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation.
• Research and evaluate new vendors and technologies to determine stronger solutions.
• Identify manual or repetitive processes and develop opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Provide day-to-day user and platform support.
• Support the implementation and ongoing management of established solutions in line with best practices and documentation.
• Work with vendors to escalate and resolve technical support issues.
