Job summary

Atlas Technica, LLC is seeking a Senior TechOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize scalable multitenant technology solutions for internal and client use. You will drive automation, maintain documentation, and evaluate new technologies while coordinating with vendors for roadmaps and escalations.

The role requires strong technical judgment, ownership, and the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Remote US work is supported.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree in CS/CE/IT or related field with 4+ years IT experience, or 8+ years IT experience total.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft 365/Office 365, and Active Directory.
• At least two years of scripting experience, e.g., PowerShell.
• At least two years of SQL or relational database experience.
• Experience administering ConnectWise suite and Addigy products.
• Experience integrating technology solutions via REST APIs.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and drive for automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Atlas Technica’s multitenant technology solutions.
• Provide escalation and second-line support to end users and teammates.
• Stay informed about features, updates, and capabilities released by vendors.
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation.
• Research and evaluate new vendors and technologies for better solutions.
• Identify manual or repetitive processes and develop automation opportunities.
• Support day-to-day user and platform operations.
• Collaborate with vendors to escalate and resolve technical issues.
