Job summary

VIA is seeking a Senior DevOps Specialist to join our DevOps team and drive deployment, security, and reliability of our Web3 data and identity protection solutions. You will own key infrastructure components, collaborate with engineering leadership, and push automation through AI-enabled tooling.

You should have 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform), Docker, and scripting in Python or shell. Security and compliance experience is a must.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role in a high-growth environment.
• Deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure integration and network basics.
• Proficiency in deploying applications with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Help shape and operate infrastructure and deployment systems.
• Drive reliability and observability with monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Champion security and compliance within automated pipelines (CJIS, CMMC, SOC 2).
• Partner with engineering leadership and product teams to prioritize infrastructure work.
• Identify and implement AI tools and agents to automate remediation, log anomaly detection, and evidence collection.
