Qualifications

• JD from a U.S. institution or LLM from a U.S. institution with a non-U.S. degree equivalent to a JD.
• At least 5 years of legal experience in supporting, drafting and negotiating technology transactions in the semiconductor (fab/fabless) or related industry.
• In-depth IP knowledge demonstrated by in-house or outside counsel experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with standard application suites.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and revise IP out-license agreements and schedules; negotiate related terms (usage rights, warranty, indemnity, support).
• Draft, review and revise other technology-related agreements (procurement, development, licenses) for process technology, custom silicon, EDA tools, design IP, software.
