Representing a global semiconductor leader, we are proud to be leading the search for a Legal Counsel - Commercial. This role will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts while partnering with sales, marketing, and product teams.

This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence processes, support global collaboration, and drive commercial performance. As the Legal Counsel - Commercial, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and negotiating NDAs and confidentiality agreements across multiple product groups and business units
• Drafting and negotiating sales and purchase agreements, including master agreements with customers
• Supporting technology development contracts for custom chip projects after training
• Managing high-volume contract cycles with 20–30 open projects at any time
• Providing ad hoc legal support, including certifications and representation letters
• Collaborating with senior lawyers and cross-functional teams globally

To be successful in this role our client is looking for a:

• Licensed attorney with 2–4+ years of legal experience (law firm or in-house)
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work 100% in-office in Coppell, TX (with potential for limited remote flexibility)
• Cultural agility and adaptability to collaborate with global teams
• No prior semiconductor experience required - training will be provided
