Job summary

GlobalFoundries seeks an experienced contract manager to drive negotiations and contracting for technology agreements related to semiconductor manufacturing process technology, EDA, and design IP. You will partner with GF’s business and technical teams to align objectives for the agreement and work with IP/technology law attorneys on terms and negotiation.

The role requires coordinating with customers, suppliers, and government bodies, handling multi-year contracts, and ensuring post-execution

Qualifications

Experience drafting and negotiating technology agreements, including licenses and development agreements.
Knowledge of GF's ecosystem partners (tool/vendors/IP providers) and customers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with business, technical, and legal teams to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

Drive negotiations and contracting for key technology agreements with GF customers, government agencies, universities, consortia, and suppliers.
Define contract objectives, including NRE payments, license terms, and deliverables.
Manage ongoing contract administration and multi-year agreements.
Collaborate with senior executives and external attorneys to align business and legal terms.
