Job summary

Community Health Systems seeks a Senior Technology Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise technology solutions. You will independently manage complex configurations, integrations, and enhancements while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to meet organizational standards.

You will lead testing, documentation, and environment validation, and provide mentorship to junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or SE.
• 5–8 years of experience in technology systems engineering.
• Strong scripting and automation experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology configuration, customization, and integration activities
• Design and implement system enhancements that improve usability and performance
• Troubleshoot high-impact issues and coordinate resolution across teams
• Develop technical documentation, process flows, and system diagrams
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and analysts
• Support testing, release management, and environment validation processes
