Responsibilities

• Leads complex technology configuration, customization, and integration across enterprise platforms.
• Designs and implements system enhancements for usability and performance.
• Troubleshoots high-impact system issues and coordinates resolution with technical teams.
• Develops and maintains technical docs, diagrams, and process flows.
• Mentors engineers and analysts; provides technical guidance.
• Supports testing, release management, and environment validation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
