Job summary

You will lead configuration activities, implement enhancements, troubleshoot high-impact issues, develop technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or Software Engineering preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in technology systems engineering or related IT discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology configuration, customization, and integration activities
• Design and implement system enhancements that improve usability and performance
• Troubleshoot high-impact issues and coordinate resolution across teams
• Develop technical documentation, process flows, and system diagrams
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and analysts
