Job summary

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division seeks a Senior Incident Response Readiness Analyst to strengthen our ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from cyber and operational disruptions. You will work with technology, product, crisis management, and business continuity teams to validate response plans and drive remediation of gaps.

The role emphasizes playbook development, readiness exercises, training, and continuous improvement to ensure critical services and dependencies can respond

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in incident response readiness, cyber incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of the incident response lifecycle and continuous improvement
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; willing to reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update BCDR and incident response readiness artifacts (BIAs, recovery plans, runbooks, playbooks, RTO/RPO targets).
• Develop and improve incident response plans and playbooks for critical products and services.
• Advise Product Owners and stakeholders on response roles, escalation criteria, and readiness requirements.
• Coordinate incident response during cyber or technology incidents; support activation, war room, containment, and post-incident reviews.
• Plan and execute tabletop exercises, drills, and recovery rehearsals; define objectives and evidence expectations.
• Author incident response materials, checklists, templates, and lessons-learned reports.
