JPMorgan Chase & Co is seeking a Controls Lead within Firmwide Technology Resiliency to drive a multi-year transformation of the control framework, standards, and procedures. You will guide technology risk governance, lead cross-functional efforts, and ensure controls are effective and compliant across the firm.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Cybersecurity Technology & Controls, governance risk & controls teams, and business lines to elevate resiliency posture and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology risk management or information security.
• 5+ years of project management/change management experience.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and financial regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level decisions.
• Experience implementing risk mitigation strategies in governance.
• Knowledge of data security, risk reporting, and governance.

Responsabilités

• Partner with FTR teams to execute a project plan aligned with GT Metrics and resiliency strategy.
• Collaborate with governance, risk, and technology teams across Global Technology and Lines of Businesses.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement and change management for resiliency controls rollout.
• Monitor progress, identify and resolve risks, ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Provide updates to executives and governance forums on status and challenges.
• Ensure new controls are documented, auditable, and integrated into GRC platforms like Archer.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence in resiliency control management.
• Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps and recommend enhancements.
