Job summary

JP Morgan Chase seeks an Enterprise Technology Risk & Controls Lead within Cybersecurity Technology & Controls to drive the execution of compliance and operational risk. You will identify risks, mitigate them, and provide expert guidance to process owners to ensure controls operate effectively and in line with regulatory standards.

Collaboration with CCOR, LOB, and Audit teams will shape a comprehensive view of Global Technology's risk posture.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology risk management, information security, or related field focusing on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and financial regulatory requirements
• Ability to influence executive-level decision-making and translate technology insights into business strategy
• Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation and decisive leadership across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Support identification and reporting of emerging risks
• Quantify and communicate technology risk, focusing on root cause analysis and remediation recommendations
• Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and propose enhancements to strengthen risk posture and compliance
• Ensure compliance with the firm's operational risk management framework for supported products
• Develop relationships with LOB process owners, technologists, and assessment teams to enable cross-functional progress
• Identify, escalate, and implement operational process improvements
