Job summary

Covista is seeking a Senior Technology Product Owner to define the portfolio vision and drive backlog planning and feature delivery aligned with strategic goals. You will coach Product Owners on end-to-end processes and map business capabilities to student and colleague experiences, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business Admin or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of Product Management/Ownership in Agile/SaaS environments.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments across multiple initiatives.
• Proficiency with Agile tools and practices (Scrum/Kanban/JIRA/Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with Technology Product Owners and PMs to finalize short, mid and long-term roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Work with architecture, engineering and service management to balance roadmaps for scalable, user-friendly products.
• Define metrics and post-delivery value improvements for retrospectives and continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with senior colleagues across functions to align business outcomes with roadmaps.
• Partner with vendors to understand roadmaps and plan timely upgrades while minimizing bespoke customization.
• Ensure delivery milestones are met and production deployments are coordinated with post-implementation follow-up.
