Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ related experience including leading technical teams and translating requirements.
• Minimum 5 years as Product Owner/Manager with launches and managing products.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes the value of the product from the Scrum team.
• Defines and communicates product vision, strategy and growth opportunities.
• Converts ideas into prioritized backlog based on ROI/value.
• Participates in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintains product backlog and alignment across teams.
