Covista is seeking a Senior Technology Product Owner to define the vision of the portfolio and execute backlogs that deliver high-value features for students and colleagues.

You will coach Product Owners, collaborate with architecture and engineering, and align roadmaps with business goals while balancing capacity and priorities across initiatives. This hybrid role sits in Maryland with strong emphasis on outcomes and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 9+ years of Product Management/Ownership in Agile, SaaS or similar.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner and/or SAFe Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Define portfolio/product vision and roadmaps.
• Lead and coach Technology Product Owners and PMs.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service teams.
• Drive backlog planning, prioritisation and delivery in alignment with business goals.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into outcomes.
• Ensure timely product upgrades and vendor collaboration.
• Maintain delivery metrics and risk dependencies across initiatives.
