Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 9+ years of Product Management/Ownership experience in Agile, SaaS.
• Strong leadership and communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner and SAFe Scrum Master certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align roadmaps with business priorities and resource capacity.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management to balance roadmaps.
• Define analysis methods for metrics and post-delivery value.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Facilitate business process and product mapping sessions.
• Ensure vendor upgrades and minimise bespoke customization.
• Deliver work to done with deployment and post-implementation support.
• Mentor Technology Product Owners and grow the community.
• Define objectives and KPIs for initiatives.
