J&T Business Consulting in Annapolis Junction, MD, seeks a Technology Instructor with TS/SCI clearance to design, deliver, and maintain enterprise IT training. You will create certification curricula, WCI packages, and hands-on labs for server, network, and platform environments.

Lead pilots, validate content, and keep training aligned with evolving baselines, collaborating with systems engineers, network architects, and program leadership in a SAFe environment.

Competenze

• 12+ years in technical training and enterprise IT education.
• 5+ years ISD, curriculum development, or training creation.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Experience in DoD/IC or federal contractor training.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended training.
• Deliver hands-on training to technical personnel.
• Create lesson plans, guides, manuals, labs, and assessments.
• Lead pilots, validate courses, and track evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineers and program leadership to reflect baselines.
