Job summary

Dean Dorton is seeking a Technology Services Senior Consultant to act as the primary technology advisor for a dedicated client environment, overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

You will mentor client IT staff, lead projects, and coordinate with leadership to align technology with business goals, ensuring security and performance across the client’s infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure, systems administration, or tech leadership experience.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.
• Advanced certifications in two or more core tech areas are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology advisor for a dedicated client environment.
• Lead technology projects and initiatives, coordinating priorities and timelines.
• Mentor client IT staff and provide escalation support when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with client agreements and standards.
