Job summary

Dean Dorton is seeking a Technology Services Senior Consultant to act as the primary technology advisor and technical leader for a dedicated client environment. You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor client IT staff, and drive technology initiatives from planning through execution.

This role requires strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. Travel to client locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, systems administration or technology leadership.
• Expertise in four or more core technology areas listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology consultant and trusted advisor for a dedicated client environment.
• Lead technology projects and initiatives, coordinating priorities, resources, and timelines.
• Oversee day-to-day technology operations and mentor client IT staff.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex issues.
• Develop technology strategies that align with client goals and security requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with client agreements and standards.
