Job summary

PAE in New York seeks a Senior Lead Technology Engineer to provide project leadership and discipline management within our technology department, guiding complex building projects. You will be the primary technical resource and mentor, applying converged infrastructure expertise in telecom, audiovisual, security, and healthcare to deliver code-compliant, innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required for discipline work.
• Professional credential (PE, CTS, RCDD, PSP) preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years Technology design lead or 5–10 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide project team leadership and discipline management to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare deliverables including narratives, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate between external and internal teams.
• Lead design of telecom, audiovisual, security, healthcare, and other technology systems.
• Develop project workplans and assign tasks to the team.
• Supervise site visits and cost estimations.
