Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years of industry experience in Technology Engineering.
• Professional credential (PE, CPD, RCDD, etc.) desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage budgets.
• Provide technical leadership as Lead Engineer.
• Oversee multi-discipline projects from concept to completion.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track performance against goals and milestones.
• Present options and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor and develop staff throughout the project lifecycle.
• Update standards and improve processes.
• Enforce the project quality management plan.
