Job summary

PAE is seeking a Senior Technology Engineer in Boston to lead complex building projects and act as a primary technical resource. You will mentor staff, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and drive design for converged infrastructure including telecom, audiovisual, security, and healthcare systems.

The role offers hybrid work and opportunities to become Project Manager or Engineer of Record, leveraging deep technical mastery and client relationship development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Professional credential (PE/CTS/RCDD/PSP) preferred.
• 1–3 years as technology discipline lead or 6–10 years related experience.
• Serve as a technical resource for the company.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare deliverables including narratives, calculations, drawings, and specs.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate between external and internal teams.
• Evaluate design concepts and apply judgment from concepts through construction.
• Oversee techno­logy system design across telecom, audiovisual, security, and healthcare.
