Job summary

PAE seeks a Senior Lead Technology Engineer in New York to provide high-level project leadership across converged infrastructure disciplines. You will mentor junior engineers, drive design through construction, and guide clients through complex technology systems such as telecom, audiovisual, security, and healthcare solutions.

You will lead teams, develop work plans, and ensure compliance with NEC and industry standards while fostering long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with credible professional credentials.
• Minimum 2–4 years as technology design lead or 5–10 years related work experience.
• Strong design judgment, ability to communicate options to diverse stakeholders, and knowledge of NEC and building/energy codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage discipline to deliver on time and within budget.
• Prepare narratives, calculations, drawings and specifications for deliverables.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate internal and external project teams.
• Evaluate designs from concepts through construction with strong coding knowledge.
• Oversee QMP implementation and continue client relationship development.
