Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a D365 CE & Power Platform Technical Architect to guide end-to-end architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in a remote-capable role for US clients.

You will lead discovery, design, and implementation, mentor delivery teams, and drive best practices across ALM, DevOps, and CoE initiatives, while leveraging AI-powered tools to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE experience across cloud/on-prem deployments with 3+ years in lead/architect roles.
• 5+ years of deep Power Platform experience including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Power BI; Copilot Studio experience preferred.
• Proven track record delivering multi-phase D365 CE / Power Platform projects from design through implementation.
• Strong pro-code skills in C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, FetchXML, Dataverse SDK/Web API; experience with plugins and PCF controls.
• Experience with ALM and DevOps for Power Platform (Azure DevOps or GitHub pipelines, Power Platform Build Tools).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions) and data integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical and functional design of D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.Translate business requirements into scalable architectures following Microsoft best practices.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, conduct fit-gap analyses, and guide when to use out-of-the-box vs. low-code vs. pro-code.
• Author design artifacts, data models, integration designs, and security models; define environment, ALM, and CoE practices.
• Configure D365 CE and Dataverse components and build/extend Power Apps and Power BI reports.
• Lead and mentor delivery teams, perform design and code reviews, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Assist with presales by shaping solution designs, estimates, and implementation plans; lead proofs of concept.
• Incorporate Copilot and AI-driven capabilities while upholding responsible AI practices.
