Job summary

EY Financial Services Technology Consulting is seeking a Technology Change Delivery professional to lead and deliver advisory engagements in Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management. You will drive agile transformations and manage cross‑functional workstreams to deliver value for clients.

You will mentor junior consultants, participate in sales activities, and help shape practice development. A strong IT governance background and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems management, accounting, finance or a related field.
• 4+ years post‑bachelor’s work experience; 2 years for Master’s; at least two years in financial services consulting.
• Broad knowledge of the IT function and governance.
• Ability to adapt to changing client demands.
• Certifications to drive advisory services capabilities.
• Experience in IT transformation, governance and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support Technology Change Delivery projects, standalone or multi-workstream.
• Deliver high‑quality work products within timeframes and budget.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and inform stakeholders.
• Build client relationships and mentor junior consultants.
• Support sales activities and practice development.
