Job summary

EY Financial Services Technology Consulting seeks an experienced delivery professional to support Technology Change Delivery initiatives in the U.S. You will work on standalone workstreams or broader client engagements, delivering high-quality artifacts on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of post‑bachelor’s experience in financial services or consulting, with strong PM, governance, and transformation capabilities and familiarity

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems management, accounting, finance or a related field.
Minimum of 4+ years of post‑bachelor’s work experience; at least two years in financial services or consulting.
Knowledge of IT governance, strategic planning and management discipline.
Experience in project delivery including configurations, release and change management.

Responsibilities

Support Technology Change Delivery projects, standalone or with client engagements. Deliver high-quality work within time and budget, monitor progress, identify risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
Build client relationships, mentor junior consultants, and support practice development and sales activities.
