New Ulm, MN-based dsm-firmenich is seeking a Senior Technician, Maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation of plant equipment, performing advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. This role contributes to production continuity and ongoing improvement initiatives.

You will perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, diagnose failures, and maintain CMMS records; a technical diploma and 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

You bring

• Technical diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $30.00-35.00 per hour.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
