Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required.
• Demonstrated GMP manufacturing/processing experience (2+ years) or a Life Science/Engineering degree.
• Must pass aseptic gowning qualifications with full PPE.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer literacy (MS Office, internet, email).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Supports production team as operations expert through shop floor manufacturing.
• Author, review, and edit Batch Records, SOPs, Job Aides, and training documents.
• Identify and address compliance, environmental, safety, and process deviations with appropriate personnel.
• Participate in team meetings, Kaizen events, and lean initiatives.
• Meet production targets and maintain equipment readiness and housekeeping.
