Job summary

STOPSO in Ashburn, VA seeks a Senior Technical Writer to lead technical communications for service advisories, system status notifications, user guides and training materials. This role can be filled onsite at a Government facility or at a contractor-provided facility.

The successful candidate will develop executive-level communications, manage emergency notifications, mentor junior writers, and coordinate stakeholder reviews while maintaining ISO-compliant documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or related field.
• Five (5) years technical writing experience in an IT environment.
