Job summary

Ishvara Tech Consulting Pvt Ltd in the United States is seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to create, maintain, and manage all necessary technical documentation for software projects, including RFPs, BRDs, SRS, and CMMI-level artifacts.

You will develop user manuals, knowledge bases, API documentation, and training materials to support end-users and development teams, and collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure accuracy and usability.

Qualifications

• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of CMMI Level 3/5 documentation standards.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documents.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain RFPs, BRDs, FRs and SRS.
• Develop WBS, project plans and risk management reports.
• Produce user manuals, API docs, and training materials.
• Ensure documentation follows ISO, CMMI, and Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, and QA to gather technical information.
