One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Technical Writer in the United States.

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Writer to craft clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for internal and external audiences. In this role, you will collaborate across product, engineering, release management, and marketing teams to produce high-impact release notes, developer guides, and internal product documentation. Your work will help customers and teams understand and use a leading SaaS platform more effectively, while also contributing to a scalable and organized knowledge base. This position requires excellent writing skills, strong technical understanding, and a collaborative mindset.

Accountabilities:

• Write, edit, and publish timely release notes in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation that accurately reflects platform features and workflows.
• Improve and organize developer documentation for APIs and integrations to support a seamless developer experience.
• Gather input from cross-functional teams and ensure documentation is consistent and aligned with product updates.
• Analyze feedback from internal stakeholders and external users to enhance documentation structure and clarity.
• Identify documentation gaps and lead efforts to improve knowledge architecture across internal tools and platforms.

• 3+ years of experience as a technical writer in a B2B SaaS or similar technical environment.
• Proven track record in writing release notes and internal product or API documentation.
• Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and technical documentation systems.
• Proficient in tools used for content management and knowledge bases.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, HTML/CSS, or the GRC domain is a plus.
